Coyotes forward Martin Hanzal and defenseman Zbynek Michalek played 20 and 27 shifts, respectively, on Wednesday as the Czech Republic lost, 5-2, to the United States in a quarterfinal match at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.

Hanzal played 14:38 and took four shots on goal in the loss. Michalek played 20:59 and took one shot on goal.

The Czech Republic was eliminated from the Olympics with the loss.
