Mark has been a season ticket holder with the Coyotes for three years, but his passion for hockey stretches way beyond that. According to Mark, he got into the sport in the 1970s when he used to go see the California Golden Seals play in Oakland. Although, the Seals struggled as a franchise, he credits watching greats like Phil & Tony Esposito, as well as Bobby Orr, with the development of his love for the game.

It comes as no surprise that Wayne Gretzky is Mark’s favorite player of all time. The fact that the NHL’s greatest ambassador is more than just a great player is what is most impressive to Mark. For those same reasons, Mark has become a big fan of Phoenix Coyotes Captain, Shane Doan. He truly appreciates what these stars do on and off the ice.
Mark hopes this story will inspire other Coyotes fans to take the same kind of pictures on their travels so that we can create one big “Coyotes World”.
