COYOTES BEGIN OLYMPIC ACTION ON WEDNESDAY
Doan & Seidenberg set their sights on Olympic Gold

On Wednesday, morning, the Men's Ice Hockey portion of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino, Italy will officially begin.
Coverage will begin at 3:00 a.m. local time on MSNBC and Universal HD with live action of the following games:
Sweden vs. Kazakhstan
Canada vs. Italy
Finland vs. Switzerland
Germany vs. Czech Republic
Team Canada, led off the ice by Executive Director and Phoenix Coyotes Head Coach Wayne Gretzky will look to defend their Gold Medal performance from four years again in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Coyotes captain Shane Doan, selected to Team Canada's Olympic squad for the first time, will face a heavy underdog in Team Italy in the first game of the preliminary round of play. Team Canada's game is scheduled to begin at 5:00 a.m. local time.
Coyotes defenseman Dennis Seidenberg will be making his second appearance on the Olympic stage after recording a goal, an assist and eight penalty minutes in seven games for Team Germany during the 2002 Winter Olympics. Team Germany's first contest of the tournament against the Czech Republic is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. local time
Team USA will begin their quest for Olympic Gold at 1:00 p.m. when they take on Team Latvia. Team USA's game will be broadcast on USA and Universal HD.
