FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

GLENDALE, ARIZONA – Phoenix Coyotes President and Chief Operating Officer Douglas Moss has announced that the team is launching a new marketing initiative for the 2009-10 hockey season. The new “Join the Pack” theme is dedicated to strengthening the relationship between the Coyotes organization and its fans.

“For the last few years, we have referred to ourselves as ‘One Pack’ to signify the unity within the Coyotes organization,” said Moss. “In addition, Head Coach Dave Tippett, in his first meeting with the team, encouraged the players to embrace a ‘Pack’ mentality on the ice.

“Now more than ever, we believe it is important to show our appreciation to our great fans. We want everyone throughout the state of Arizona to feel as though they are a part of the Coyotes family and to know that we are committed to providing them with a great product that they can be proud of. Our ‘Join the Pack’ promotion also serves as a call to action, encouraging people to support the team by purchasing tickets and experiencing Coyotes hockey live at Jobing.com Arena.”

Throughout the 2009-10 season, the Coyotes will continue to introduce new initiatives designed to provide fans with the opportunity to experience great NHL hockey at reasonable prices. The first element of the “Join the Pack” campaign is the new “We Win, You Win” ticket promotion, which will be available for five games during the 2009-10 regular season.

Fans will be given a voucher for a free ticket upon entrance to the designated “We Win, You Win” game. In the event of a Coyotes victory, fans who purchased tickets to that game can redeem their game ticket and voucher for a free ticket to a future Coyotes’ game. This offer can only be redeemed at the Jobing.com Box Office.

The following games will be the designated “We Win, You Win” nights:

Saturday, October 24 vs. Los Angeles Kings - BUY TICKETS
Saturday, Nov. 14 vs. Dallas Stars - BUY TICKETS
Saturday, Dec. 5 vs. Ottawa Senators - BUY TICKETS
Saturday, Jan. 16 vs. Minnesota Wild - BUY TICKETS
