GLENDALE, Ariz. --- The Phoenix Coyotes players’ wives and girlfriends will be collecting dollar bills for the United Food Bank outside Jobing.com Arena prior to the Coyotes’ home game versus the Philadelphia Flyers at 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21. All of the money collected will be donated to the United Food Bank, an organization that provides access to nutritious food for those who are without, serving as a community bridge between those who want to help and those who are in need.

Fans are encouraged to donate a dollar at the donation stations located outside Gate 4, Gate 5 and Gate 7 between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. In addition, representatives from the United Food Bank will be on-site throughout the game to raise awareness for their mission and will be located at the Coyotes Community table outside the Coyotes Den Team Shop on the Main Concourse.

A second Dollar Drive will take place prior to the Dec. 12 Coyotes home game versus the San Jose Sharks. Proceeds from that will go to Sanderson Ford’s Operation Santa Claus, which donates funds to St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance, Tim & Willy’s Kid’s FUN-dation, the Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, and Choose to Help.

Throughout the Holiday season, Coyotes Charities will be selling limited-edition Holiday cards designed by Coyotes players and coaches. (Click here for more info) Fans can purchase a package of five different cards for just $12, or can purchase all four sets of five for $40. Proceeds will go to Coyotes Charities, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life throughout Arizona communities by supporting non-profit organizations that promote healthcare, education, cultural arts and sports-related programs for children.
