GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have signed right wing Jordan Szwarz and goaltender Louis Domingue to entry level contracts. As per club policy, terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Szwarz

Last season, the 6-foot, 192 pound Szwarz played 65 games with the Saginaw Spirit (Ontario Hockey League), collecting 27-39-66 and 90 penalty minutes. Szwarz ranked second on the Spirit in points, tied for second in goals, second in assists and led the team with a plus-33. He was also captain of Saginaw and played in 12 playoff games for the Spirit, recording 4-9-13.

In four seasons with Saginaw, the 20-year-old native of Burlington, Ontario has played in 262 games, recording 82-122-204. Szwarz was drafted by the Coyotes in the fourth round (97th overall) in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

Domingue

In 2010-11, the 6-foot-3, 183 pound Domingue played 57 games with the Quebec Remparts (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), posting a 37-12-3 record with a 2.65 goals against average (GAA), a .898 save percentage and two shutouts. Domingue ranked first among all QMJHL goaltenders in wins, sixth in GAA and ninth in save percentage in the regular season. In the playoffs, he posted an 11-5 record and ranked tied for second in the QMJHL in wins, third in GAA (2.47) and fourth in save percentage (.913).

The 19-year-old native of Mont St. Hilaire, Quebec was drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.
