GLENDALE -- Players around the NHL, including several of the Coyotes, are growing mustaches this month in support of “Movember,” which has quickly become one of the more important and fan-friendly charitable fights within the hockey community. ![]() |

• A man is diagnosed with prostate cancer every 2.2 minutes
• 1 in 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer
• 24 percent of men are less likely to go to the doctor compared to women
“The guys are getting uglier by the day,” Coyotes defenseman Adrian Aucoin joked when asked to comment about all the new facial hair around the team's dressing room. “But it’s pretty cool because you play against other teams and you can get a good laugh out of it. And it’s all for a good cause.”

“Mine is growing in a little slow but check back with me in a week and it will look great,” Bissonnette predicted. “I’ve just got to get a little character into it.”
