Below you will find the answers to questions commonly asked by Coyotes Season Ticket Holders and other guests.

What if I lose or misplace my Coyotes tickets?

Log onto your Top Shelf Account and you can forward your tickets to yourself via e-mail.  Enter your Account ID Number or E-mail Address and PIN to access your ticket forwarding capability.  After the tickets are e-mailed, you can print them out.  You may forward your tickets up to 45 minutes before the start of the game.  After your tickets are sent, the barcode on your original tickets will be invalid.

If this option is unavailable to you, simply go to the Box Office at Jobing.com Arena and ask to have your tickets reprinted.  There is a $5 reprint fee per order.  Only the primary season ticket holder may do this.

How do I purchase additional tickets for a particular game?

Coyotes Season Ticket Holders receive a discounted rate on additional tickets up to 4 hours before the start of the game.  Simply call your Customer Service Representative or (602) 274-HOWL (4695) to order your tickets.  Tickets are based on availability.  Season Ticket Holder discounts are available at the Jobing.com Arena box office, however, only given to the primary Season Ticket Holder with either proper identification or the Season Ticket Holder card.

What do I need to do if I change my address?

Please submit via fax, e-mail, or mail stating the change in address to either your Customer Service Representative or the following:

What do I need to do if my e-mail, phone or fax number changes?

Simply call your Customer Service Representative or (602) 274-HOWL (4695) and change it via phone or email your Customer Service Representative or fanservices@phoenixcoyotes.com.

What if I experience a problem or have a question while I am attending a game?

During all Phoenix Coyotes home games, the Customer Service team is available to help all ticket holders at Gate 7 (just outside of Section 104) from the time doors open until the beginning of the 3rd period.  If you cannot make it to Gate 7, please visit the Guest Relations booths that are located at Gates 3 and 5.

Are playoff tickets included in my Season Ticket package?

Playoff tickets are not included with your Season Ticket purchase; however, all Season Ticket Holders will receive first right to their current seat location for Coyotes playoff tickets.

What age do children need to have a ticket?

Any child 2 years of age and older must have a ticket to enter Jobing.com Arena.  If a child is under the age of 2 and does not have a ticket, they must be seated on your lap.

Are animals allowed inside Jobing.com Arena?

Jobing.com Arena welcomes Guide or Assistance Dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired.  All other animals are prohibited.

Where is will call located?

Will call, the Coyotes Pick-Up Window, is located at our box office at the North East corner of Jobing.com Arena (closest to Gate 5).

What do I need to pick-up tickets at will call?

Guests can pick-up tickets left for them at will call by showing the receiving party’s valid photo I.D.  If applicable, please bring the credit card that was used for purchase.

How do Birthday messages work?

All birthday messages are done through Coyotes Charities.  To inquire about these directly, please call (623) 772-3556.  All scoreboard messages must be completed 48 hours prior to the game.
