Grant Application
2013-14 Hockey Season Funding

The source of funds for the grants to be awarded this Season are the donations and fundraising events held during the 2013-2014 Hockey Season. All grant applications need to be consistent with the Coyotes Charities Mission Statement.

Please note that the name, mission statement, and logo for Coyotes Charities will be changing on June 27, 2014.


The Arizona Coyotes Foundation seeks to enhance the quality of life throughout Arizona communities by supporting non-profit organizations that promote healthcare, education and cultural arts programs for children and service men and women. We are dedicated to health and wellness programs that stimulate the growth of youth sports and financially supporting programs that encourage teamwork skills while building future leaders in our community.

The grant application process opens on June 1, 2014. Applications are submitted ON-LINE only. On-line application must be complete by midnight on June 30, 2014
