Jason Rudee returns for his 12th season as Assistant Equipment Manager with the Coyotes after working seven seasons (1994-95 to 2000-01) with the San Jose Sharks as the team’s Assistant Equipment Manager and equipment transportation specialist.

The 39-year-old Rudee was the recipient of the inaugural commitment to excellence award in 2011-12 as voted on by the league’s 30 equipment managers.

Rudee splits his duties between assisting the Coyotes equipment staff with the day-to-day equipment and locker room maintenance, and serving as the visiting dressing room manager. He manages the visiting team’s equipment upon arrival and assists the visiting team’s equipment manager with all of his needs while in town.

Jason, his wife Jeannette and their daughters Haley and Hannah reside in Cave Creek.
