Kings-Coyotes Preview

GLENDALE – The Coyotes will try to extend their three-game winning streak tonight when they host the Los Angeles Kings at Jobing.com Arena. The puck drops at 7 p.m. (Arizona time).
Tonight's game will be the third between the Coyotes and Kings this season. The home team has yet to win.
The Coyotes have won seven of their past nine games. In those victories, they have played stingy defense, allowing just eight goals.
Los Angeles has lost two straight games - both in shoototus - but is 4-0-2 in its past six games.
The teams enter the game tied for second place in the Pacific Division standings with 18 points apiece, three points behind San Jose.

• Coyotes goalie Jason LaBarbera will make his third start of the season tonight, and his first on home ice. LaBarbera lost 2-1 at Buffalo on Oct. 8 and then beat Columbus 4-1 at Nationwide Arena on Oct. 28.
• Phoenix has the best goals-against average in the NHL (1.88). The Kings, however, have scored eight goals vs. the Coyotes in two games.
• Top-line winger Justin Williams is expected to be back in the lineup for the Kings tonight after missing five games because of a lower-body injury.
