The Phoenix Coyotes are dedicated to assisting community initiatives by providing auction items to non-profit organizations. We have a genuine commitment to the communities we serve. Although we would like to accommodate every request with a positive response, due to the volume of requests we receive we must adhere to certain guidelines. Please review these guidelines before submitting your request:

• Organization must be a non-profit 501(c)(3).
• Organizations are limited to one request per year.
• Organization must be using the donation to raise additional funds. We are not able to fulfill donation requests where the donated items are used as door prizes, incentives or giveaways.
• Due to high demand, we do not donate to religious, political, or labor groups.
• Monetary contributions are only available through the Coyotes Charities grant cycle on an annual basis.
• The Phoenix Coyotes do not donate to companies that hold organizational campaigns as we donate directly to these non-profits.
• Donations will only be granted to organizations and events hosted in the state of Arizona.
• All requests must be made at least six weeks prior to event date.
• Requests can either be submitted to Donations@PhoenixCoyotes.com, faxed to 623/872-2151 OR sent to:

• Organizations approved for a donation will receive the “Donation Information Survey”. This form MUST be filled out and sent back in order to be considered for future donation.
• Due to the high number of requests we receive, we do not accept phone calls regarding the status of a request. Once the request has been reviewed, you will receive notification approximately one month to two weeks prior to the event.
