Q: How do I redeem the vouchers?
A: Vouchers can be redeemed at the Jobing.com Arena Box Office only.

Q: Can I go to the Box Office any day of the week or only on the day of the game?
A: The Box Office is open Monday-Saturday 10AM-6PM. You may redeem your vouchers whenever it is convenient for you, including on the on the day of an eligible game.

Q: Can I upgrade the vouchers?
A: Yes, while you are at the Box Office you will have the opportunity to upgrade the vouchers.  You will be charged the difference between the value of the ticket you select and your Kids Club voucher.

Q: Do I have to use my vouchers all at once?
A: No, vouchers can be used one, two, three, or four at a time. You can use 2 vouchers at one game and 2 vouchers at another, or you may use all four at any Sunday-Thursday game of your choice.

Q: Can anyone use the vouchers?
A: Yes, our Kids Club members can use their voucher for tickets for the guest of their choice!

Q: What dates are the vouchers good for?
A: The vouchers may be used for any Coyotes home game that occurs Sunday-Thursday, with the exception of the pre-determined blackout dates.

Q: Are there any blackout dates?
A: Yes. Our blackout dates for this year are 12/31 (New Year’s Eve) and 3/6.

Q: How do I pick up my Kids Club Kit?
A: You can pick up your kit in 1 of 3 ways. You can pick up your kit at the Coyotes Corporate Offices at Westgate City Center weekdays between 8:30am-5:00pm, at any Coyotes home game at the Kids Club table located by Section 116, or for an additional $3 Howler will send a kit to your home.

Q: Is there another way to sign up if I can’t sign up on-line?
A: Yes, you can call (623) 772-3200 or email howler@phoenixcoyotes.com and ask us to send an application to your home.

Q: If we live outside the State of Arizona may we still be members?
A. Of course, we welcome all Coyotes fans!

Q: If my child was a member in 2006-2007 do I need to renew his/her membership for the 2007-08 season?
A: Yes.  Memberships are valid for one season only and need to be renewed for each following season.

Q: What are the sizes for the Kids Club t-shirt?
A: We offer a Youth Small and an Adult Small. The Adult Small is very similar to a Youth Large.

Q: What events and parties can the kids participate in this year?
A:  Howler’s birthday is in October and we will have the Howler’s Kids Club Skating party on January 20th. We will also be offering a special Kids Club viewing of Coyotes Practice. Kids Club members will have the opportunity to win autographed merchandise and various prizes throughout the season.

A: We only take credit cards at The Den located inside Jobing.com Arena. You can visit the Den anytime Monday-Friday 10AM-5:30PM or during any Coyotes home game to purchase your kit with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
