COYOTES ANNOUNCE 2007-08 SCHEDULE! Home Opener on Thursday, October 4th vs St Louis

Phoenix Coyotes President and Chief Operating Officer Douglas Moss announced today the Coyotes' schedule for the 2007-08 National Hockey League season.The Coyotes will play a total of 82 regular season games (41 home, 41 away) as well as eight preseason games (3 home, 5 away) in 2007-08.
The Coyotes will open the regular season by hosting the St. Louis Blues on Oct. 4 at Jobing.com Arena and conclude against the Anaheim Ducks on Apr. 6.The team kicks off the season with a home game every Saturday night in October.
This season, home game time for Thursday-Saturday contests will be 7:00 p.m.Six Tuesday and Wednesday games will now begin at 7:30 p.m. Game time for the Coyotes' two home Sunday contests will be 6:00 p.m. Additionally, Coyotes' games will be a holiday event at Jobing.com on several occasions this season.The club will host the Colorado Avalanche in a New Year's Eve game which will begin at 6:00 p.m.The Eastern Conference finalist Buffalo Sabres will visit the Coyotes for a Martin Luther King Day 2:00 p.m. matinee on January 21.The Coyotes will face the Dallas Stars in a home game on Valentine's Day at 7:00 p.m. The Coyotes will play 15 home games on Saturdays this season. COYOTES SIGN 2006 TOP DRAFT PICK PETER MUELLER
Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced that the Coyotes have signed center Peter Mueller to an entry level contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed. Mueller was selected by the Coyotes with the 8th overall choice in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft. In March, he was ranked as the 7th best NHL prospect in The Hockey News' annual "Future Watch" edition.

COYOTES SUMMER SPECIAL TO AIR ON FSN ARIZONA
The Phoenix Coyotes and FSN Arizona are teaming together to air the half-hour summer series 'Coyotes Summer Special'. The first show will air Thursday, July 12, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. FSN Arizona reporter and Phoenix Coyotes television and radio host Todd Walsh will host the show along with Coyotes television analyst Darren Pang. The 'Coyotes Summer Special' will feature interviews with Head Coach Wayne Gretzky, General Manager Don Maloney and defenseman Keith Ballard. Read More...
